How to apply for an SRS statement in the BTA mobile app
For some people, this means searching for and entering receipts. But for BTA Health Insurance customers, this means a simple option to request a statement in the BTA app where we have compiled all the information thus facilitating the submission of the customer’s declaration.
What should you do?
1. Open your BTA app and tap the red cross at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click the “SRS statement” button
3. Please indicate the year of request (2022 to 2024)
4. The statement you requested will appear on the screen. Save it in the documents folder of your smartphone.

We have been providing this opportunity to our customers for the third year in a row. Last year, more than 7,000 customers used this service, with almost 80% of inquiries being submitted directly through the BTA app.
