BTA introduces the Corporate Customer Portal in Health Insurance
Taking care of the well-being of its customers, the insurance joint-stock company “BTA Baltic Insurance Company” (BTA) offers the corporate customers of its Health Insurance an even more convenient way to manage the company’s Health Insurance policy. From now on, BTA customers will have the opportunity to introduce quick and convenient policy changes on the new and modern BTA Corporate Portal.
In today’s digital age, every second is valuable; therefore, by simplifying the administration of health insurance policies and further increasing their ease of use for companies, BTA offers its customers a Corporate Portal, where the corporate customers of BTA Health Insurance will conveniently and simply administer their company’s policy. BTA is the first company in the Baltic insurance market that offers its customers this opportunity. The main goal of the BTA Corporate Portal is to ensure that the customer makes changes quickly and easily and monitors the introduced changes in a single location without the involvement of BTA. The BTA Corporate Portal is a convenient online platform that a company representative can access at a convenient time and place.

The BTA Corporate Portal complements the already existing digital solutions that BTA offers to its customers. For example, BTA customers have the opportunity to use the artificial intelligence-based service “DriveX”, which allows customers to record the condition of the vehicle much faster, more conveniently and safely during the process of purchasing an insurance policy. Likewise, customers with health insurance can apply for a remote doctor’s visit in the BTA mobile application and receive it in the form of a video or phone call, in which the doctor assesses the patient’s condition and prescribes treatment. This service is also available during travelling when it is especially important to solve health problems in the native language.
