New board member joins BTA board
The Supervisory Board of the insurance joint-stock company "BTA Baltic Insurance Company" (BTA) has made a decision on changes in the composition of the company's board. A new board member – Agnese Vilcāne – joins the Board of the BTA. Agnese joins the existing board – BTA Chairman of the Board Oskars Hartmanis and board members: Evija Matveja, Tadeuš Podvorski and Gediminas Radavičius. The entry into force of the changes is planned for June 1, 2024, but not earlier than the permission of the Bank of Latvia for these changes will be received.
Agnese Vilcāne's main area of responsibility will be the financial management of the company. Agnese has more than 10 years of experience in finance and insurance, as well as experience in financial planning and management of the company.
